Just purchased & installed (twice...) VideoStudio 11 Plus, to work with Dazzle Analog/Digital converter. The program recognizes the converter, but when I try to capture - I get the message "Cannot start the capture graph"
Plenty RAM, plenty GIGs - Any ideas?
Best Regards, Art

As far as I was aware, the manufacturer of the Dazzle devices is Pinnacle, and that to protect the proprietary aspects of the device, Pinnacle restricts capture from it to its own software which should have been packaged with it (some version of Pinnacle Studio...)
A number of capture device companies (including also Adstech) do this. Adstech used to include an older version of Video Studio which was specially tweaked by them (Adstech) to capture from their devices, but they still would not share the secret with Ulead for more recent versions of VS.
In such case we have no option but to recommend capturing with the software which came with the device, but then importing the captured video into VS for editing.
