Start animation at a different position

Post by Erik1967 »

Hi,

I've added 6 different MPEG2-compliant files to my DVD-workshop project. Each of these files corresponds with a motion button of the main menu.
Now each animation is displaying the first 20 seconds of each mpeg2-movie. However, I want the motion buttons to display specific parts of the movie, so not always the first seconds of the movie.
How can this be achieved?

Make 6 smaller videos that you want to represent each Thumbnail. Then drag-and-drop them onto the existing button -- they will become the motion for each thumbnail.

George

There are several ways to do this.
George has mentioned one, I use another method outlined here:
DVD Workshop and MenuEdit

The method I use does involve the use of a third party program.
Not saying one way is better than another, just giving you more choice, I am sure there are others.
