Hi Amin,
Just noticed that your post has gone unanswered for some time so thought I would make a suggestion.
I don't know for sure BUT it appears that all INSTALLED fonts are available in VS10 when creating a title.
Is the font you require available to you in other applications such as your word processor?
If so then look for that font in VS10 when creating a title, You can select fonts once you have selected TITLE and clicked in the preview window.

Thanks railroadguy.
I didn't realise that.
I have been in direct contact with the user and the primary problem he has is that his language is written RIGHT to LEFT! I suggested that if he has another application which he can use (word processor etc) that he create his titles there and try and cut and paste to the title track in VS take snapshots of his screen then crop to the title with a single backgound color create an image file and place that image file on an overlay track and mask the background.
Maybe others have a better idea and if so they need to advise him direct to his email address.
