No Free Upgrade

Just over a month ago I purchased version 3 only to be sent an e-mail last week advising me that version 4 was released and they were going to allow me the privilege of shelling out the same amount again to upgrade.

I have contacted Ulead several times asking why no advisement when I was making my purchase as I would have held off, not even an offer like so many other companies do, in that they advise you, still allow you to purchase the current version with a promise of the free upgrade when released, but they don't seem to want to respond.

But after reading about the problems people are having with version 4, I might be better off staying with 3.
