On your website to get support we need to register the product.

OK. But if you can't install the product you can't register the product! Catch 22.

Hence I have placed this query here.

On installation of Video Studio 11 I have inserted my name and serial number but the next button is greyed out. Yes I have double checked, copy and paste etc.

I purchased your product through Element 5. They have instructed me to contact you.
They have sent me the following email.
2. Download the full version (Ulead VideoStudio 11 Plus - English) at:

As a result of that I removed version 10 plus from my computer to keep my registry tidy. I now presume that the reason it is greyed out is because I don't have a previous version on my computer.

I cannot reinstall version 10 because I presumed I would not need version 9 I had previously and have thrown it out.

I also assumed that was not an issue as element 5 asked for the previous security code before I could download it. Apparently not so.

I would appreciate your urgent attention to this matter as I ned to get some video editing done ASAP.

Sorry. This Board is staff by volunteers who have no connection with Ulead. You should contact them direct.

If you had the previoius versions of VS, then I am assuming that the version of VS11 you bought was the full *upgrade* version...? If so, you don't need a previous version installed on your computer, just the serial number from one of them.

Make sure that all THREE fields have something in them, I think there is also a field for "Company", put mycompany or anything in this field.
All the fields have to contain data.
