Multi source editing

Post by idlepr0cess »

All,

I just spent some time searching the boards and was unable to find anything related to multiple source editing.

I have a project I'm working on of a car race. I have to sources, and in-car source and a series of track mounted cameras.

I'm wanting to occasionally insert some of the track camera footage into the production. The only way I can seem to do this is manually. I'm having trouble matching the sources, I'm always a little off time wise.

Is there a function in VS11 that will help me sync the track footage with the in-car footage?

Thanks in advance.

No. VideoStudio is a consumer level editor and can't automatically do multi-camera editing. Using VS it's just trial and error until you get it synced up.

Thanks for the prompt reply. :D

Are there any Ulead products that will accommodate multiple cameras/sources?

MediaStudio Pro is the big brother of VS. Someone else may be able to help you or you may just want to post the question on that forum.
