Can anyone tell me a difference between Video Studio 8 and Movie Factory 4

VS is a Video Editing application with some Disc Authoring functionality
MF is a Disc Authoring application with some Editing functionality

Editing -- video effects, cut/merge/transitions/color changes/filters/titling
Authoring -- putting your edited video on disc with menus/chapters etc... (VCD/SVCD/DVD disc in proper format)

The "gap" seems to be closing on these two applications -- as VS9 seems to have better Authoring capabilities, and MF4 seems to be getting more Editing functionality...
