I have downloaded the program which works well - but I get the "cannot find help files" on clicking the ?. This is not the try before you buy version - it is the full (paid for) version.
Well I can't find them either - tried tech support but all I get is a thankyou billydo and a suggestion that I might like to buy VideoStudio 11 plus.
Anyone know the answer?

Welcome to the forums,
The Help file is not included with the TBYB (trial) versions to save on file size. However you can download the manual from this page:

Look in the Default install directory (C:\Program Files\Ulead Systems\VideoStudio\11.00 for the file vstudio.chm, which is the help file. If not then something went wrong during your install.
Do you have the ESD (download) or Box version? If you have the box version, you could do a Repair Install, the ESD versions do not have that option though.
I've uploaded the help file for VS11+, to MediaMax. You can try downloading it and placing it in the main VS11 directory: C:\Program Files\Ulead Systems\VideoStudio\11.0.
Click on this link... VS11 Help File. File Size=8Mb.
Link expires in 24 hrs
