I purchased the boxed version of Ulead Videostudio a few weeks ago from Corel. I have tried multiple times to install the software but always get the following message: "Error 1904. Module c:\Program files\common files\ulead systems\MPEG\uladamr.ax failed to register. HRESULT - 2147221166
Ulead support suggested the problem might lay with atl.dll not being correctly registered on the system. I followed their instructions to register the file and the regsvr32 window popped up confirming success. However, I still cannot install the software. Has anyone else had this type of problem? I cant wait to work on some video projects and would really appreciate anyone's help. I have the most recent version of XP, plenty of RAM (2 Gb); lots of power and the HD is only half full. Thanks in advance!
