VS10 Adding new slides without readjusting titles

I have a slide show project in the works and it is nearly complete. All the audio, transitions and titles have been added and I am almost done. Now the customer would like to add several more slides. Is there a way to insert them while retaining the relative position of the titles? It's really a pain to have to reposition them after each group of insertions.

You have to enable Ripple Editing (the icon to the immediate upper-left of the timeline). Click on that icon to enable it, then "lock" the separate timelines (video, overlay, audio, etc.) that need it by clicking on the corresponding button(s).
