What exactly is your question? There is no such thing as "open source" when it comes to html. Anything you put in the public domain can and, if it's worth it, will be misappropriated 8)

All you can do is put a copy right notification on it and, if you find out somebody is using your source code and you have the inclination and money, sue the pants of them :lol:

It doesn't matter how the html is created, once posted to the www it's in the public domain.
