Media Studio 8 crashes now

Hi all-
After years of no issues, suddenly on a new project MS8 keeps crashing- giving the error message that is must close. Checked everything- reinstalled clean three times. If anyone has any idea please advise- I'm right in the middle of post on a project! Help appreciated.

Never mind- I had somehow moved my MSP8 project file to the same Sata harddrive I use. MSP does not like this one bit. Moved it back to my systems hardrive and all is well. Thanks

Hmmm that's interesting. Does anyone else have a problem with SATA hard drives?

No, I have MSP8 on my D: SATA drive on one computer, No problem.

mine is mp8.. i had use the installer with success bur when i reinstall after removing it for some purpose...in timeline my mp3 sound cant be play but wav still able to play,what happened?i also play other mp3 file but it still not make it..before,i can use mp3 format..i think it times to clean reinstallation...
