Back Up copy, Please Help

Post by JSKY »

Hi,

I purchased today UV11Plus from UV website. I received emails with SN and download links. There was also advice to back up software to CD. How can I do this? Should I just make DATA CD and drag UV from Program Files?
Thank you for any help

Yes -- exactly what I did; plus a TXT file with the SN burned on the same disc -- also helps to put the previous file number of the earlier version on the same disc...

My only annoyance was that the three download files are just a little bigger than what would fit on a single standard CD, so I had to put two on one, and the third on the second. In retrospect, given the price of CDs these days, it would have been cheaper by a few cents to put it all on a single DVD!!!
