VideoStudio Version 11 error on capture

Please help. I have just downloaded version 11 of VideoStudio and when a try to capture video from a DVD an import mesage comes up with:

Cannot open files
Report ID: 0x80040836(2101)

I have no idea what this means and can't access the User manual.
The same DVD will import in my Version 10
Looking forward to hearing anyones thoughts

If you are operating VS11 on a computer which uses XP, you should download the latest June 2007 runtime update patch for DirectX, which is available on the Microsoft site... That may help.

Maybe the dvd is copy proptected? Just a hunch.. =)

Have you tried to import the DVD in VS10 after installing VS11+?
Does VS10 still import the dvd ?
In other words can VS10 still import the dvd after you have installed VS11+.

Yep still imports in Version 10, what do the numbers in the error message mean, surely they refer to something. Also how do I find the User manual? From the Start menu it tells me the shortcut is missing.

I am sure the numbers mean something, but none of us here work for Ulead so we don't know their codes...

As for the Manual, it is not included in the trial version for space reasons. But did you try the Ulead site? They are all there at http://www.ulead.com/vs/documents.htm
