Can't Delete or move .UFO Files on Vista HELP!

I have up graded my computer to the new Windows Vista and i have imported all my design files from my old XP.

i cant move, delete the ones i imported. I can open them and edit then save then SAVE AS to another file and folder but still cant remove the original.

also after trying to delete the original i cant open the file no longer. if i try from the Photoimpact program the program will go to Not responding and im am forced to shut down

I have contacted Dell and we sat here for almost an hr. to find out that theres nothing we can do, and that ULEAD would be the best ones to fix this please help.

Welcome to the WOW experience (Wow, what the f**k happened here?). If I was a DELL rep I would also point at Ulead because DELL can't supply XP anymore.

Which version of PI do have?

Have you installed the Vista Patch for PI-12? PI-12, to be Vista compatible needs the patch installed.. You can get it HERE
