what user manual ??????????

There seems to be a great deal of information lacking when I installed the Downloadable version of VS11+. I have no Manual to be found and also no help files when I click Help. I have no Quicktracks and I have no sample clips that they talk about. I have uninstalled and re installed VS+, Quicktracks, Quicktime etc etc etc etc many many many times but ...nup still no luck.

I have evn emailed ULead but nup no answer after 4 days...

I think its a conspiracy

Ron posted "You should have 3 ESD files, one of them for the content, one the main program, and one the bonus CD. You must install the main and content. "

Did you also install the 2nd part which is the content?

Or are you talking about the trial version download? The trial version omits many of the things you mention to save on download time.

If that is the case the manual can be found here.

Yes I have a full registered version and yes I have installed content...what do you do with it then ????? is this a guessing game ??

I guess you mean the users manual. Not much help within the program.

Outside of VS:
If you go to your "Start menu" and navigate to the VS program file links you should see a VS users manual which is in PDF format. It resides in the same location on your harddisk that the program is installed.

Sorry if I misunderstood your post.
There are also manuals & tutorials on the ulead website.
Take a look at all the tutorials on this forum located on the main page (you have to scroll down the page to access them). They will explain alot on how VS operates and using a good workflow.
