I have quite a few Music dvds. I would like to extract the audio from them, so I can make cds to listen to in the car.
Does anyone know if there is a program or method that lets you do this.

Are they audio DVDs or video DVDs with music videos? If they are the latter, and they aren't protected using CSS scrambling, then you can do that fairly easily in UVS.
With UVS V8, there is a "Insert DVD / DVD-VR" command that lets you import a video DVD. With V7, you need to change the capture plugin, and then go to the Capture tab.
Once you have the DVD in the timeline, select the scene and trim the item as needed, then go to the Share tab, and select Create Audio File. Create a 16-bit stereo WAV file with a sampling rate of 44.1KHz, and then use Nero or some other program that can author music CDs.
