Whats up with this now!! VS 11 Problem?

When I start XP I get this on boot up.

UVPL.exe Aplication Error

The Application Failed to initializie properly (0x0000022)
The Application will terminate.

Now what do I do?? How can this be fixed..

Isn't the next version supposed to be better than the last?

I don't know what you mean by this

Isn't the next version supposed to be better than the last?

Did you have a problem with the previous version?

If you did, what made you think a new version would fix your problem?

Pardon the analogy but if a car doesn't start because the battery is faulty, fitting a new engine is not going to fix the problem.

There seems to be something wrong with your installation or your system. We need more detail to hint at a solution.

What detail do you need..? I took some video of my vacation and then I bought VS 11.. And it dosen't work to well.. All it seems to do is crash on me.. I can't complete my project at this point and so far I have abandon it completely. I don't know what else to do..

To further Heinz's analogy, what you are telling us is you bought a car and sometimes it stalls, so you are asking the mechanic why. Without looking under the hood no good mechanic could possibly give you an answer. Well, we can't look under the hood so you have to describe what exactly you were doing.

Please read this. We need to know your clip properties and project properties. Did you try a re-install or repair?
