i was geting choppy and freezeing video and system lag after useing WinDVD8 Frist thing i did is start WinDVD then hit Ctrl Alt Delete too open Windows Task Manager then hit Processes then look at the list and look for WinDVD.exe
HighLight it and then right click on the WinDVD.exe and goto Set Priorty change too High or Realtime then close WTM
That should boost the speed and get rid of the freezeing and fast and slow video running
Second thing i did was turn OFF InterVideo Information Agent too do this goto "Start -> All Programs -> InterVideo Information Service" and hit it and turn it off.ok now goto "C:\Program Files\InterVideo Information Service" and delete this folder so it will not restart
I did all above and so far it works fine now no more choppy video or systam lag when running WinDVD8
