I had too many options opened at the time and became confused.

Thanks also Ken for pointing me to using the CODE option for entering formatted text.
Boy, you are confused John. :wink: That was Steve who gave you the CODE info. :shock:

And I will confirm that following John's & Ken's regedit directions I found my serial # in the xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxxxxx format.
