Audio Problem Importing DVD Shrink Files

I'm importing video files from DVD Shrink into ULead VS 10. They're clips from DVDs that I won, and they're VOB-format files.

When I bring them into the VS Editor, the video plays fine, but the audio is distorted. It's as if the people are talking into a fan blowing at high speed.

Anyone have an idea on how to fix this?

Why are you using DVD shrink at all?
The correct way to import video from a DVD is outlined here.
