NOTE - I have no idea what a 60Hz mod is...

Do you have a video capture card, or some sort of capture device connected to your computer? (...How is your Xbox connected to the computer?)

If you can play the game on a regular TV or record it with a VCR, you should be able to hook-up to a capture device and capture it. However, if you Xbox has been modified to the point of messing-up the timing on the standard composite video and S-video outputs, you probably can't capture from it.

For anything other than a digital video camera, you usually need to use the specialized capture-software that came with your capture-hardware. Once you have a digital video file on your hard drive, you can edit it with Video Studio.

Please click here --> Image so that we can then view your system specifications.

Then we will know which graphics card you have.
In the meantime you need to goto the Windows control Panel and select the Display Icon. (With some graphics cards you can press Ctrl-Alt-F12)

Goto the [settings] tab and you will see an option to adjust the refresh rate. Simply set it to 60 Hertz.
