You should have checked where it was going to save. Did you set up a working folder in VS10, it should be there.
If you created an ISO image, searching your HDDs for .ISO should find it also.
You can use DVD MFplus or any other burning program like NERO etc. to burn to DVD. The option you have to use is "Burn disc image to disc" or something to that effect.

Within VS, look at File > Preferences and see where your working folder is located (Normally My Documents > Ulead Video Studio). Your ISO files should (normally) be there. (There is another working folder setting in the burning module, but unless you made changes to it, it is the same as the one I am referring to.
I must say neither of the ones you have found sound likely. Didn't you give your ISO a name you would recognise, like Masterpiece.iso??!!

As for burning it, there is a special burner program included in the installation of VS10 and earlier. It is in your Windows menu folder for Video Studio and is called VCD DVD Disc Image Recorder
There is a similar program included in the VS11 package, but it is in the third (Bonus Features) file file if you have the download version. I am not sure about the boxed edition, but I suspect that like the download version, you are given the option of whether or not you install it.
I personally use Nero for this purpose, and there are a number of other programs that will do it as well.
