i just put together two avi files on timeline to make a single one
but when look at the save folder just appear
the first one.AND IS TOOO BIG. SO HOW CAN I RENDER BOTH AND
how can i make it SMALLERS so i can record back BOTH to camcorder?
one of them is 1.99GB
THE OTHER 3.99GB.
HELP PLEEEESSS.
PS.THAT IS FOR A 30 MINUTES TV PROJECT.

I am not sure I understand your problem.
First, can you confirm that you are using DV/AVI format.
Next, when you tried to join them together, did you use Share > Create Video File > DV? (If, instead of DV, you chose AVI, you would have got uncompressed AVI which would have been huge. So make sure you chose DV.)
Next, if indeed you are using DV format, you cannot make the final file size smaller than the total size of the two files you used. DV is DV is DV ... it has a single set of properties.
And finally, I cannot see why you cannot export a single file which is around 6 GB in size back to your camera. A DV cassette holds one hour of DV video, and that normally is around 13 GB. If your total project is around 6 GB, this is about 30 minutes on the DV cassette -- which sounds about right if, as you say, it is for a "30 minute TV project".
