Help File not available

I downloaded a trial of VideoStudio 11 Plus and found the Help File was not available. I was advised that on trials this was normal procedure ie the help File not downlaoded.
I have now purchased and downloaded VS 11 accorcing to instructions supplied and still I have no Help File with message "File not found"
Any suggestions please?

Did you install the second (Extra Content) file? I think the Help file is there.

In any case, you can download the full manual from the Ulead website, and that is probably more helpful than the Help files anyway... Go to http://ftp.ulead.com/pub/Manual/uvs11/vstudio11_e.pdf

Hi Ken Thanks for this. Did I misread the original instructions when downloading. There wre three files listed in the suppliers email, VS11 download, Content Pack, BonusCD.
Should I have downloaded all three files rather than just the first?
Really appreciate your help.

Yes. Install all 3.

The first two files are essential for VS. The Extra content one contains, apart from the Help file, templates and other goodies.

Unlike my friend Black Lab, though, I didn't bother with the third file (Bonus). It contains the software DVD player, WinDVD, though if I remember correctly, you could be interested in the burner program contained in the third file (Ulead Disc Image Recorder) which will allow you to burn .ISO DVD image files to disc... Personally, I use Nero for this task.
