Blocking/Filtering faces in Video??

Looking for some help in VS11. I need to learn how to block/blur human faces or certain aspects of a video clip and not sure how or if this can be accomplished in VS11. I am trying to alter a video clip for criminal purposes and dont want certain people in the video clip to be identified. Any help is greatly appreciated...Thanks!!!
