problem in use audio filter in v.11

hi dear
i tray to use the trial version v.11
but when i go to use the audio filter it give me
Ulead VideoStudio has encountered a problem and need to close
as in pic.

these problem not present in version 9 & 10
what is the matter !!

Have you tried re-installing the application? The clean re-installation procedure can be found here:

My initial suspicion is that you either have a corrupt source audio file or possibly using a MP3 audio file. Some MP3's created with the Lame Codec have caused some of our members problems. Converting them to WAV normally rectified the problem.

i complete my profile for system information
problem occure with MP3 , MPEG 2 , WAV , any file i tray to use audio filter give these problem ! , i use the version 9 without problem what can i do to use these new version without the pevious error , please help .

Maybe you have a corrupt install. Have you tried a repair/reinstall as FRance advised?
