how can i put a file in to the end of another that is allready rendered
and re-render both so making one single avi video file?
put two avi video files in the same project

Just put them both on the time line, one behind the other 
or, in story board view each in its own frame 
If you want to prevent the already rendered file from rendering again first create a rendered file from the second clip also, making sure the properties match. Then start a new project and combine the two as previously described.
