Help Importing cool 3d into mediastudio

I made a cool 3d animation file .c3d . I tried to import it into mediastudio and its blank. No video displayed?
Also when ( in cool 3d) I convert the file into .avi the background I made is not displayed when I play the avi file? How do I fix that?

You didn't say what versions of Cool 3D and MediaStudio that you are using, so I can't really comment on why the .c3d file doesn't work in MediaStudio.

When you create the .avi in Cool3D, use 24-bit rather than 32-bit if you want the background to be included.

Hi,

If you want a *video overlay* - a 32-bit RGB with alpha channel - *Export* the avi, then inport video to V1 or higher, and add "Overlay" -> Alpha.

You can also export a series of targa stills, select the sequence of stills, and set their duration for one second.
