I just bought "Disney Magic Artist Featuring DVD PictureShow" and can't get the Princesses theme to work. Both the Mickey Mouse and Pooh themes work fine, but with the Princesses theme I can't get any further than adding the pictures. From that point onward the NEXT button doesn't bring me anywhere. To make matters worse, Ulead no longer supports PictureShow 2 (which comes with the program). So now I'm stuck with a program they still offer and sell yet don't support!
I KNOW it has something to do with the directory names (I experimented and can get it to FAIL with the Mickey and Pooh themes by changing the names of the folders the installer creates) but can't figure out what the problem is.
I either want a fix or my money back - preferably a fix. Any solutions?
