All of a sudden I'm getting this strange little white box that is popping
up in the upper right corner on my video in DVD workshop and
somehow it finds its way onto the finished dvd too.
this is messing up the final DVD.
I dont see it back in my video editor VT4 VT edit
anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it?
please look at this link to see pics with examples

SBowie of the other forum has a valid point - it might be a codec that you are using.
You state you have been using DVD Workshop for at least two years so obviously this hasn't cropped up before. What we need to consider then is
1. What's new about your computer?
What have you installed or removed recently which may have interfered with your previously tried and trusted methods.
2. What was the source of the video?
Camcorder, TV Card, Off the Internet.
3. Have you done something different with this particular video compared to what you have done previously.
4. Just in case something has messed up DVD Workshop, have you tried a completely different video to see if the problem persists.
If yes then it might be in either your editor or in DVD Workshop.
If no then it might be something within the source video.
It's going to involve a bit of trial and error.
