I just downloaded and installed my copy of Moviefactory DVD. I am trying to create a DVD with about 10 different clips I have on my hard drive.
I have uploaded the clips and want to put transitions in between each clip / scene.
I edited a clip and went to the "effects" button and notice that there are no effects available for me to use.
Two questions;
#1. should the software have come with a variety of effects? do i have to download them separately? where can i find them/
#2. Rather than manually editing each scene to put in an effect or transition between each scene, is there a way to automatically put the same effect in between each clip throughout the Dvd?

In order to apply a transition effect you must have at least 2 clips in your Project Timeline. You cannot apply an effect to the last clip.
I don't think that there is a function that will enable you to apply a transition in all of your clips automatically. I assume you'll have to do it manually.
