MF6+ Installation Problem

I've looked around the forums and I couldn't find anything relating to this issue.

When I attempt to install MF6+ on my system (4 attempts, same error) I receive the following error just as the window "Setup Status - Ulead DVD MovieFactory 6 is configuring your new software installation.";

Feature transfer error (window title) Error: -2 Transform Package (window body)

I have attempted to cleanup my system as much as I can but to no avail. At this point I'm looking for some ideas.

Hmmm... The disappointments continue...

I managed to successfully install MF6+ on a different system but no sooner I start a project and attempt to import a DVD I created, it crashes with a Microsoft error. You know the one, the programs has encountered an error but we're not going to give you any information you can use to correct the problem.

I'll keep checking in for a solution but my past experiences with Ulead aren't making me feel confident. I may have to call it quits as the Ulead products never seem to work for me out of the box... This may be the end of the line for me.

These are the requirements for MF6+.
I've found that ServicePack2 for XP is necessary as stated.

Both machines I attempted to install on exceed the minimum requirements quite soundly. Service pack 2 is installed.

Oh boy this is a hard one.. Either the installer package has a problem or its a coincidence that both those two pc has the problem. How about trying to isntall it in another PC, freshly reformat as much as possible. Also with no other video editing / burning softwares isntalled. (Just a suggestion) =D
