Insufficient Disk Space Error (ULead 11)

Post by Tiggerz »

I see that this error has been reported by many people already but no-one seems to have suggested a fix.

I'm trying to save a file to disk in Ulead VideoStudio 11 and am getting an uninformative error message "Insufficient Disk Space 18007:3:1"

There is about 50GB of disk space left and the movie is only about 4MB in size. I'm trying to save it as MPEG 2 Pal DVD 720x576 25fps.

The movie was already an MPEG-2 in the same format (I just chopped a bit out).

It will save if I use the Clip.Save Trimmed video, but not if I use any of the share menu options.

UleadVideo Studio version is 11.0.0157.0 plus.

Cheers.

Where is your working directory for the burning module located? If it is on a hard disk with insufficient space, that could be a problem.

And in case you had already changed your working folder in File > Preferences, you have to do so again in a separate operation in the burning module Preferences (first icon in the bottom left of the burning screen).

For a normal sized single layer DVD, i.e. 4.3 GB, you should have at least twice that amount of space free.
