VS10 Load From Stream Error

Post by brones »

Anyone seen this before?

I had VS10 crash in me while removing some video thumbnails from the edit tab of a project, now I get the error "Load From Stream Error" in the edit screen and VS no longer responds.

XP Pro SP2

Have tried un-installing, removed the My Documents\Ulead VideoStudio\10.0 files, reinstalled, but still no good.

anyone got a fix for this?

There are lots of previous posts regarding this same error such as this one
To see all the others SEARCH for all the words (Load From Stream Error) making sure you select 'Search for all terms' and you will see them all.

Thanks, tried that last post and it worked. I adjusted the file sharing, changed the security for my user and deleted the
C:\Documents and Settings\your name\Application Data\Ulead Systems\Ulead VideoStudio\10.0

I am not sure why I didn't find that post, I serached for ages in this forum for a few tips on VS10

Thanks again.
