Well, I was thinking of putting a box that has a little video on the side for bloopers (a school project, so it's something dumb really.) and have credits going on the other side. Like...
|-----------| Scrolling text or fading in and out text.

I'm using VS8, although I also have VS9.
How to do credits...?

I think the easiest way is to have a solid black color block on the video track and then your video on an overlay track suitably resized and positioned on the left of the screen.
Now add your title placing it over the black background on the right half of your screen and apply the required animation effects to your text.
