Thanks for putting me on the right track. So for the record and for those who have the same problem as I, look in your system path and there should be a space in front of the path definition of "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Ulead Systems\MPEG" in your path definition.

Remove the space and the program should work after that.

Very strange that not much people encountered this as this path definitoin is added by the installer.

Thanks to sjj1805, alexandrepsf and Ken for the help on this. Tech support wasn't able to assist me (yet) but you guys have done it! Windows Path...never heard of it.

Whereas Alexander's had a space that needed to be deleted, my Windows Path was missing the semi-colon after the MPEG. CASE SOLVED!!!
