VS9 TRANSIIISIONS BETWEEN GRAPHICS AND NEED MANUAL

ok, i have an image in the video track, i have keyanle .tga'sn in the graphics track. i want to wipe the graphics on and off. i can't put a transisions on the graphics track/. also i go to ulead to get the manual,, download it, try to unzip, it says thee zip is corrupt. cann someonen email me the manuall for vs9?
