Uleadstudio v10 Plus Edititing Chapter Titles

Post by mikebosy1 »

Hi All
When preparing to burn a project to DVD and I want Chapters inserted, is it possible to change the default titles of Chapters from Chapter 01, Chapter 02, Chapter 03 to, for example: The Ceremony, The Reception, The Speeches.
The manual does not help at all and I've tried experimenting. Am I missing something?

Uleadstudio v10 Plus Editing Chapter titles

Hi Black Lab
Thanks for prompt reply. There must be something I'm not doing correctly! After I've set my chapters, I then click on "Customise Layout", my new chapters now read "Enter Text Here". So I d/click and nothing happens. I can rotate the text, move it and make it larger but cannot change text. If I r/click on text, "Edit" is grayed out.

Hi Mike

You don't have to click the customize box, you have to double click when it says "chapter 1,2,3 etc"

It does not matter whether either Gallery or Edit tabs are active as long as the text in the box says "chapter"

Uleadstudio v10 plus editing chapters

Hi Brian
Thanks for reply but I still can't get it! This is what I am doing at the moment-:
Step 1 Add Media (the video project)
Step 2 Add/Edit Chapters
Step 3 Jog to required frame for start of chapter
Step 4 Add Chapter > OK
Step 5 Click on Next and d/click on My Title to edit it.
Step 6 D/click on video project name below the Title and edit text.
Now without clicking on Edit/Customise, how do I bring up Chapter 01 etc to edit text?

If I then click on Next without Customising it takes me to Burning window.

So I must still be missing something out. Still need some help please.

Below the Menu Preview Window is a box labeled Currently Displayed Menu. Default is the Main Menu. Clicking the drop down arrow reveals your chapter menu page(s). When you bring that up you can just click on the text (in the Preview Window) to edit it.
