WinDVD not included in Videostudio 10 Plus

WinDVD is supposed to be included with Video Studio 10 Plus. I cannot find it anywhere.

Where can I download WinDVD?

From memory, if you had the download version of VS10, it should have been in the third (Bonus Features) file. If you have the boxed version, it should be on the second CD.
