Can I stop one clip from being converted before the burning?

As I'm still having my sync problems with one of my mpeg movies (I've now exhausted all avenues of trying to rectify this problem!) - can I actually prevent this one particular clip from being "converted" at the final burning stage? The clip plays fine before it's burned onto the disk and the preview stage of my DVD MovieFactory 5 also shows its fine but I've now realised that it's at the final burning stage and the converting that the error occurs. If it is possible to stop just this one clip being converted - can somebody tell me how to do it layman's terms as I'm not too technical! Many thanks! I will also try to capture the final project to folders first then burn them so hopefully this may help too. Just because your MF plays this clip doesn't mean it will play on a DVD player. There must be something in there needing processing. You can only tell MF to leave already compliant clips alone but you cannot do that for clips which are not compliant. They wouldn't play in all probability anyhow.

rt-click on the video and select its properties (post them here).
