Hello,
I purchased WINDVD 7 last August. It has been working fine up until two months ago. I seem to have an audio issue: the sound echoes a lot on startup. So I go into the Audio Effects tab, play around with the Hall Effects options then set them exactly how they were on startup and things are back to normal. I have to do this every single time I start watching a DVD.
I guess I need to re-install but my receipt says the activation key is expired and to log in to see how to get a new one. How do I get a new activation key?

Retrieving activation key
Hi -
It appears that you can get a new activation key by logging on to the "Members" site through InterVideo WinDVD support (http://www.intervideo.com/jsp/Product_Support.jsp), then click on the Members tab to go to Corel support for your account. (My InterVideo ID/password from my original online purchase continued to work here.)
From here, click on "View Your Products", which will hopefully bring up your copy of the product and give you a link to receive an activation code. I have other installation problems, but assume the code will work. It is similar to - but not the same as - the original code.
Good luck,
E
