I took a system picture of it too, so tell me if any of u guys have seen this before or no how tot take care of it.(Oh and by the way the video isn't 201.9mb, i just put 1 video in, so i can just take the picture to show that it doesn't let me burn my dvd)

Oh yes, it's a common problem. It indicates that you have either put into the burning module your project file and your computer can't handle converting it as part of the burning process; or else a video file which is not DVD compliant in some way.

Instead, when you have finished editing, select Share > Create Video File > DVD. This will produce a DVD compliant mpeg-2 of your project. Then save your project, and go to File > New Project, which will empty the timeline. Next, select Share > Create Disc. This will open the burning module, whose timeline should also be empty. Insert your new mpeg-2, and make sure that 'do not convert compliant mpeg files' is ticked in the Project Properties icon in the bottom left of the burning screen. Build your menus and burn. You should not get the 'converting got some problems' message this time.

It still didn't work. The video files before too were NTSC DVD files, i made them in ulead as a MPEG DVD file. I still have know idea why it wouldn't work.

This error can also be caused by problems with the menu - motion menu, menu fade in/out, menu music, overlapping buttons, etc. The problem is the vagueness of the message means you have to use trial and error to find it.
