Out of Sync audio in VS11+Trial

I've just finished editing the clip and went to Share/Create Video File to make a DVD compliant Mpeg file. Unfortunately the audio is getting out of sync somwhere in the middle of the track. I tried to create this file a couple of times and each time the audio is running away in more or less the same time.. Interestingly it is not the first clip I've made using VS11+ and there were no troubles with audio..
