What kind of label brands/templates does PI 12 take?

Post by janeydoll »

I would like to upgrade to PI 12 to be able to make cd labels, dvd covers ect,

I have had alot of trouble with other programs matching up to labels even when the template looks like it will work, are there any problems with PI 12 not matching up to the labels when you print them?

what brands are supported for disc labels?

thanks

I haven't tried this - but on checking the More Print Options / Print Multiple menu in PI 12 you are given a choice of choosing a generic mode or Avery, Celcast and Kodak. Hope this helps.

I already have PI 11, if I get the upgrade to PI 12, how does it install, does it take out PI 11 or just add the upgrades from PI 12?

Neither, I currently have both versions running. You can have multiple versions of Ulead's software installed. For instances I currently have VS versions 8, 9, 10+ and 11+ installed. Of course you can only run 1 at a time.

With an upgrade you need to have a qualifying previous version installed, or the Install CD in the CD drive, or some later versions just ask you for the serial number of a previous version.
