I am new to the board. I have a 90 minute HD feature film that i am trying to put on NTSC DVD. I had compressed the original file (from 100 GB) through Soreson Squeeze for an NTSC DVD authoring. The squeezed file ended up being 5.20 gigs. This is too big to burn at "high" quality on MovieFactory. I read you can change the compression under custom settings for export. I have tried different compressions (6900 k bits and Quality 90 etc.) which converts the file into a 3.88 GB file. but i am wondering if anyone has the ABSOLUTE BEST way to take a 90 minute file and convert it to the highest GB (close to 4.30 gb) with the best viual results. Shot i set the quality at 100 and lower the K bits?
Also is that correct a 90? or should i always go to 100. This is a screener that i want to send out - so the quality has the best
thanx,
Omar
