I have a dual language movie. But how do make DVD selectable audio?

I don't think Movie Factory can do that. But, I'm not sure 'cause I haven't updated to MF6.
DVD Workshop can do it. Workshop Express can make a DVD with 2 audio tracks, and the full version can have 8 tracks.
However, Workshop is more expensive than MF and it has been neglected by Ulead. Version 2.0 is getting a bit old, and hasn't been updated for awhile. (There's no Dolby 5.1 encoder... doesn't work with Vista, it's kind-of hidden on the website, no longer on the trial Ulead DVD. etc.)
