When is Corel/Ulead going to fix the VS11+ AVCHD problems?

We have complainted and even pointed out where the potential problems are and yet I have not see any credible response on Ulead's position on this.

Is Ulead working on a fix? Or do we (the AVCHD users) who promptly upgraded to VS11+ because of the claim of AVCHD support got scammed?

And before anybody say that this is not a official support channel, I had sent 3 support request emails to Ulead regarding the AVCHD problem and have not received ANY response......
