flash player problems

I did a search and found this addressed in topic: flash not accepted - Sat april 28 2007
I have video studio 10 plus - and the menu flash programs will not play - says incompatible format.
I have done a software repair - no help
Suspect that I upgaded macromedia and that is probably my problem.
In the topic you provided the info for uninstall of macromedia & info on reinstall.
1. If I uninstall the program will it also uninstall the menu flash programs?
2. I have no idea which version to re-install? It was working - probably been not working about 3-4 months - have just ignored - now would like to fix.

I'm not familiar with VideoStudio 10+ but I did notice with VideoStudio 11+ there is menu item "Install Utilities" on the install CD. Under this there is "Flash Player". If there is one with VideoStudio 10+ it should be the version required.
