PhotoImpact 12 Draw from Center/Shortcut Keys

eGreetings,

I recently upgraded to PI12 and I can't seem to find the list of Shortcut Keys.

Also, What happened to Draw from Center?

In PI10 I was able to create a selection by choosing a option that let me Draw from the center.

Ok, I found the Tool Settings. And I found the Draw from Center (Ctrl) - Yah!

But even when I hold the Control Key down and draw a circle it doesn't change. (Yes, the check box is checked.)

Am I doing something wrong?

(Sorry, for being dim.)
